Huminify is built from the ground up with a privacy-first, client-side architecture. We collect minimal data necessary to deliver our services:

• API Keys: Your Google Gemini API key is stored locally in your browser memory (localStorage) only. We never transmit, log, or store your private API key on Huminify servers.
• Text Content: Text you refine using our AI humanizer is sent directly from your browser to Google's official API using your personal key. Huminify does not intercept, log, or store your text.
• Uploaded Images: When using our Image AI Detection Remover or AI Image Detector, all file reading, metadata stripping, and rendering occur entirely in your local browser memory using HTML5 Canvas. Your images are never uploaded to remote servers.
• Anonymous Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous aggregate metrics (e.g., page views, feature visits) to monitor website performance without tracking personal identities.

Because Huminify operates without user databases, we use information solely to:

• Provide seamless, client-side text and image processing in your web browser
• Ensure fast response times and error-free rendering
• Improve site navigation and accessibility
• Maintain tool reliability across different device formats

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data integrity:

• All web connections enforce modern SSL/TLS HTTPS encryption.
• We operate zero server-side databases for storing user drafts, creative work, or personal files.
• No user content is ever collected, sold, or used to train AI models.
• You can purge your locally stored API key at any time by clicking “Remove Key” inside the application settings.
